A great add-on to our 8Wise™ suite of programmes, this personal development course focuses on building a clear sense of identity through boosting self-acceptance, self-confidence and self-worth, whilst reducing self-criticism, excessive worry, avoidance and procrastinating behaviours, to develop a positive and healthy sense of self.
This 5-modules course has been specifically designed to challenge those negative thinking patterns and behaviours that lead to self-sabotage and self-destruction, to help you improve the quality of your life and learn to value and care for yourself through positive action
The course will also help you to regulate your emotions and thought patterns by learning how to reframe your thinking and activate your self-soothing system.
What the course covers:

- Identifying VALUES, BELIEFS and managing MINDSET
- Freedom from the COMFORT ZONE with CONFIDENCE, STRENGTHS, SKILLS
- Achieving SELF ACCEPTANCE through challenging your INNER CRITIC and self sabotaging HABITS

- A copy of the 12-week Journal
How the course is delivered:
- Virtual Learning only
- 5 pre-recorded modules, each approximately 90 minutes long. Plus worksheets and tasks.
- You access this course through a private Facebook group
