Cottage Cheese Bake
Cottage Cheese Bake is a low-fat or fat-free recepe that includes only four ingredients – cottage cheese, eggs, frozen spinach, and Parmesan cheese. It takes only 20-30 minutes to bake and can be seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic as desired. It is a low-calorie, low-fat, and high-protein dish that makes a perfect healthy snack or breakfast option.
Ingredients
- 680 grams.(approx. 2 cups) low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- 250 grams.(approx. 10oz) pack of frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 170 grams.(approx. 1/2 cup) Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 C (approx. 350 F)
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
- Place evenly into 30cm x 20cm (8 x 8”) pan.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles on outside.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic as desired.
