Cottage Cheese Bake is a low-fat or fat-free recepe that includes only four ingredients – cottage cheese, eggs, frozen spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Ingredients
  

  • 680 grams.(approx. 2 cups) low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 250 grams.(approx. 10oz) pack of frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 170 grams.(approx. 1/2 cup) Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 C (approx. 350 F)
  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
  • Place evenly into 30cm x 20cm (8 x 8”) pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles on outside.
  • Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic as desired.
