Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 112 grams (approx.4 ounces) low fat margarine
  • 226 grams (approx.½ pound 8oz) low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 904 grams (approx.2-pound 32oz) non-fat cottage cheese
  • 280 grams (approx.10oz) frozen, chopped broccoli thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash paprika optional
  • 100 grams (approx.1/2 cup) sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F)
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Spray 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Place combined ingredients in prepared pan and bake for 90 minutes.
  • Serve hot
